I have spent my entire working life restoring, polishing and caring for fine furniture. To me, restoration is not the same as repair. Repair might simply make something functional again, but true restoration is about reviving the original beauty of a piece while preserving its unique history and character. With over 50 years of experience, I offer expert restoration services for antiques, reproduction furniture and a wide range of treasured items.
My career began at the William Tillman workshops in Borough Green, where I learned the skills and values of traditional craftsmanship. Tillman’s award-winning pieces were admired worldwide, and during my years there I was responsible for the restoration and finishing of high-end furniture destined for embassies, royalty and collectors. Today, working from my home workshop in Westwell, near Ashford, Kent, I continue to bring the same dedication and knowledge to every project.
